Bi-Level Commuter Train Near Chicago (editorís title)

Commuter waits for Chicago & North Western suburban train
The commuterís trench coat, newspaper, and haircut help date this slide to the mid-to-late 1960s, while the train itself had been in service in this guise for a few years. The location is near Oak Park, Illinois. The commuterís absorption in his newspaper with a train thundering towards him demonstrates how commuters disinterestedly take train service for granted. Had this commuter been a four-year-old, he would be looking up in anticipation.
